Four-star running back Robert Washington remains as the only running back in SU’s 2016 class. Syracuse coaches told Washington he would be the only running back in his class and Bryant would have played the hybrid position, both according to Syracuse.com.The Orange’s roster currently includes sophomore Ervin Philips, junior George Morris and junior Devante McFarlane as well as incoming freshmen Dontae Strickland, Jordan Fredericks and Tyrone Perkins at the running back position.In 2014, SU totaled only two rushing touchdowns the entire season.
